Terms & Conditions

Place an Order

The quickest, effective and most secure way to place an order is online alternatively you may wish to call our Sales Team on 0844 247 0147 or 01952 455511 (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm).

To place an order online, select the relevant items and add to shopping cart. You can search for a product using the menus by category or by using the Search Product Box. Once all required items selected, please select “go to checkout”. If you have registered with our website before, please enter your email address and password, if not you will be prompted to set up an online account.

Payment

You will be given various options for payment; these are Debit Card/Credit Card/BACS/Cheque or Credit Account (Government Bodies only). These details are not held by E-Testers (Walker-Fife & Co.) or our Secure Payment Gateway Company – PayPal Payments Pro (UK). Credit Card/Debit Card

You will be required to enter your details; payment is processed and debited from your card when you order is ready for despatch. The transaction will appear on your statement as Acute Sales Limited.

BACS Payment

An email will automatically be forwarded to you once you click “Submit Order”; the email provides our Bank Details in order to arrange payment. Once funds are cleared in our Bank Account, in–stock items will be despatched within 1-2 working days.

Cheque

An email will automatically be forwarded to you once you click “Submit Order”; the email provides our address details and who to make the cheque payable to E-Testers Once funds are cleared in our Bank Account, in–stock items will be despatched within 1-2 working days.

An invoice will be sent with the goods and payment is required within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Delivery

Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email to confirm you order. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If you wish to amend your order, please contact the Sales Team on 0844 247 0147 who will be happy to assist.

Stock

We have a vast warehouse containing thousands of items so have the majority of items in stock and ready to ship. If for any reason the item is out of stock you will be informed of the delay and have the option to cancel your order if you are unable to wait.

We offer a next day delivery service for in-stock items for all orders received before 12 Noon. Any orders received after this time will be despatched the following day.

Out of Stock items will be despatched as soon as they are received into our warehouse. You will be notified of any delays with your order.

Any delivery charges are clearly stated on the website
E-Testers (Walker-Fife & Co.) will make every effort to meet your delivery dates as advised but cannot accept liability for failures to do so.

Delivery to UK Mainland only

All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail and a signature is required on arrival. If for any reason there is no-one available at the property to sign for the parcel, this will be taken to the local depot and a Card will be left to notify you of this. Once the parcel has been received and signed for, this becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Overseas

We are able to offer certain products for sale to customers outside of the UK. In the first instance please contact sales for more detail.

Guarantee

All goods are supplied with the Manufacturer’s repair/replacement warranty. Details of which can be supplied on request. Defective goods must be reported to E-Testers (Walker-Fife & Co.) on 01952 455511. Once approved for return, the goods need to be returned to E-Testers (Walker-Fife & Co.), Suite 42, Kingfisher Way, Apley, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 6FW.

No repair/replacement will be provided until we have the defective goods and the goods have been inspected by the Quality Team. The standard conditions of Warranty for the appropriate Manufacturer will apply. Liability will not be accepted for misuse or malicious damage to a product.

E-Testers (Walker-Fife & Co.) Returns Policy

We accept the return of all products with the following exceptions:

• Software based products (CD, DVD & Downloaded) and software licenses
• Items that have been calibrated prior to shipping
• Specialist Items not normally stocked and ordered specifically for your order

Returns will be accepted as long as:

• The goods are returned in their undamaged, original packaging
• All accessories & instruction manuals supplied with your product are present and in an unused condition
• The equipment is in its original condition as sold

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

As long as your equipment is returned to us and conforms to the bullet-points above it is covered by our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee scheme.

A full refund of the original purchase price (Excluding Carriage) will be made within 30 days of the return of the goods if returned strictly within 7 days of the original purchase date.

*Please note a restocking fee may be applied should the goods be deemed unsuitable under the conditions outlined above. Returns delivery charges are met by the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty.

To Return an Item

Simply call us on 0844 247 0147 stating your Sales Invoice or Internet Order Number and we will give you guidelines of how to return the item to us.

All goods must be returned to us via an insured recorded-delivery service.(Courier or Postal Service) Any goods that are lost or damaged in transit will be held as your responsibility so please ensure that the insured value is at least as much as the invoice value of the product being returned.

Please make sure you package the item substantially to prevent any damage during transit.

Please Note: This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Price Match

When you shop with us we want you to have the peace of mind that you're getting the very best value for money. In the unlikely event that you find the same item cheaper elsewhere online, if it is economically viable we will refund the difference.

• All Items marked with the E-Testers (Walker-Fife & Co.) Price Match Logo are included in these conditions. Items not displaying this symbol are not included.
• The item must be publicly available for purchase on a UK based website that has a shopping facility and ability to take payment.
• The item must be "like for like"; which means that it is brand new, the same item, contain the same accessories and have an identical manufacturer reference number and be supplied from a fully authorized UK Distributor.
• The price comparison must include delivery costs to a UK Address on a Next Day Delivery basis.
• Due to their nature, auction websites like eBay and marketplaces like Amazon are excluded.
• Our price match guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any E-Testers (Walker-Fife & Co.) or competitor discount codes, promotions or clearance offers.
• Typographical pricing errors will not be matched.
• We can only accept one price match request per item.
• This guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.

Should you find a E-Testers (Walker-Fife & Co.) Price Match Item cheaper elsewhere within 5 days of purchase, simply call the E-Testers (Walker-Fife & Co.)
