Place an Order
The quickest, effective and most secure way to place an order is online alternatively you may wish to call our Sales Team on 0844 247 0147 or 01952 455511 (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm).
To place an order online, select the relevant items and add to shopping cart. You can search for a product using the menus by category or by using the Search Product Box. Once all required items selected, please select “go to checkout”. If you have registered with our website before, please enter your email address and password, if not you will be prompted to set up an online account.
You will be given various options for payment; these are Debit Card/Credit Card/BACS/Cheque or Credit Account (Government Bodies & Account Holders only). These details are not held by E-Testers but by our Secure Payment Gateway Company.
Credit Card/Debit Card
You will be required to enter your details; payment is processed and debited from your card when you order is ready for despatch. The transaction will appear on your statement as Service-Tech E-Testers
An email will automatically be forwarded to you once you click “Submit Order”; the email provides our Bank Details in order to arrange payment. Once funds are cleared in our Bank Account, in–stock items will be despatched within 1-2 working days.

Credit Account – Government Bodies & Account Holders Only
An invoice will be sent with the goods and payment is required within 30 days from receipt of your order.
VAT is charged at the current rate and all prices exclude VAT.
Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email to confirm you order. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If you wish to amend your order, please contact the Sales Team on 0844 247 0147 who will be happy to assist.
We have the majority of items in stock and ready to ship. If for any reason the item is out of stock you will be informed of the delay and have the option to cancel your order if you are unable to wait.
Out of Stock items will be despatched as soon as they are received into our warehouse. You will be notified of any delays with your order.
Any delivery charges are clearly stated on the website
E-Testers will make every effort to meet your delivery dates as advised but cannot accept liability for failures to do so.
Delivery to UK Mainland only
All parcels are delivered by Fed Ex or Royal Mail and a signature is required on arrival. If for any reason there is no-one available at the property to sign for the parcel, this will be taken to the local depot and a Card will be left to notify you of this. Once the parcel has been received and signed for, this becomes the responsibility of the customer.
We are able to offer certain products for sale to customers outside of the UK. In the first instance please contact sales for more detail.
All goods are supplied with the Manufacturer’s repair/replacement warranty. Details of which can be supplied on request. Defective goods must be reported to E-Testers on 0844 247 0147 and a returns request completed here. Once approved for return, the goods need to be returned to Service-Tech E-Testers, Trevithick House, Stafford Park 4, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 3BA.
No repair/replacement will be provided until we have the defective goods and the goods have been inspected by the Quality Team. The standard conditions of Warranty for the appropriate Manufacturer will apply. Liability will not be accepted for misuse or malicious damage to a product.
E-Testers Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted as long as:
- The goods are returned in their undamaged, original packaging
- All accessories & instruction manuals supplied with your product are present and in an unused condition
- The equipment is in its original condition as sold

As long as your equipment is returned to us and conforms to the bullet-points above it is covered by our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee scheme.
A full refund of the original purchase price (Excluding Carriage) will be made within 30 days of the return of the goods if returned strictly within 7 days of the original purchase date.
*Please note a restocking fee may be applied should the goods be deemed unsuitable under the conditions outlined above. Returns delivery charges are met by the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty.
To Return an Item
Simply call us on 0844 247 0147 stating your Sales Invoice or Internet Order Number and we will give you guidelines of how to return the item to us.
All goods must be returned to us via an insured recorded-delivery service.(Courier or Postal Service) Any goods that are lost or damaged in transit will be held as your responsibility so please ensure that the insured value is at least as much as the invoice value of the product being returned.
Please make sure you package the item substantially to prevent any damage during transit.
